Liberate Data is focused on development of integrated data systems and related business intelligence services. Liberate Data aims to let data systems do more to support integral human development and sustainable shared prosperity, by networking Earth science insights and other non-financial information to financial data, to support better decision-making.

Intellectual Property Management

Liberate Energy manages intellectual property (IP) in four categories:

Internal Liberate Energy original IP
IP from shared R&D in the Liberate Science Community
IP shared with Liberate Energy by partners for coordinated R&D or licensing
IP relating to specific business services contracts

While Liberate Data provides strategic business intelligence services and discrete sustainability and resilience-related decision insights, as described above, none of this intellectual property is disclosed to any party (client, partner, or otherwise) without approval from the originators of the IP in question.

A core principle of Liberate Data operations and partnerships is multilayered data security, including advanced encryption and variable information-sharing.

That means some information will never be shared, only cross-referenced in secure data exchanges.
Liberate Data aims to ensure vital information systems can interact intelligently without becoming vulnerable to malicious intrusion or incidental disruptions due to malware.
This secure-sharing standard includes an emphasis on the need to deliver data-driven decision-support to small-scale and vulnerable end-users.
